Vendor Participation Terms

These terms apply to all vendors participating in Bautista Creek Ranches markets.

Compliance

Vendors must maintain all required licenses, permits, insurance, and certifications in accordance with California and local regulations.

Market Operations

The market operates two days per week. Vendor placement and participation are subject to approval.

Responsibility

Vendors are solely responsible for their products, pricing, staff, and customer interactions.

Indemnification

Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bautista Creek Ranches from claims arising from their participation.

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate vendor participation at our discretion.
