Soboba and Stetson Location Update |
Renovations are still sprouting along at our soon-to-be new location, and we’re putting in the elbow grease to make it just right! The building just got a fresh coat of paint (she’s glowing!), and we're in the process of continuing renovations on the inside. We'll keep you up to date as things progress! |
Veggie of the Month: Summer Squash |
It’s squash season—and we’re squashing any doubts about what to cook this month! We’ve got a whole lineup of summer beauties growing in strong: Crookneck squash– (Zephyr) curvy, buttery, and perfect for roasting or stir-frying Patty pan squash– (Sunburst) cute, little and bite sized with a nutty flavor Zucchini– (Spineless Perfection) the classic go-to for zoodles, breads, sautés, and more These sunshine-loving veggies are super versatile and packed with nutrients—so you can feel good about eating them three meals a day (no judgment here).
